The English breakfast
The breakfast, is a important meal and have a nutritional value essential (after a long period without eat in the night it’s essential reset the levels of sugar). The origins this meal remote the time medieval when it was only two meals – one in the morning and other on the afternoon. In the morning they ate meat, bread and beer.
The English breakfast is constituted by two dishes:
First dish:
Fruit juice
Fruit
Cereals
Yogurt
Second dish:
Eggs
Meat (bacon, sausage ...)
Cold meat (ham)
Vegetables (grilled mushrooms)
Additional monitoring:
Bread (white, integral)
Pastry (scones, muffins, bagels, waffles, croissant)
Jam
Drinks (coffee, milk, chocolate and Chinese’s tea).
English breakfast yes or no?
The English breakfast would benefit about 40 to 45 percent of the calories needed being the ideal 20 to 25 percent the total caloric value.
These meals are promoting more difficult digestion.
